EBRD Chief Economist: 'Uncertainty is detrimental to investment

 The EBRD's head of the southern and eastern Mediterranean says the multilateral development bank is working to assist the public and private sector in the region to respond to soaring energy and food prices. Speaking with Alex Irwin-Hunt at the EBRD annual meeting held from 10-12 May in Marrakech, Morocco, Heike Harmgadt discusses her main concerns, the bank's push into Africa and Morocco's response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
